| RED BULL BC ONE BLOG
Buenos días amigos y amigas of the B-Boy lifestyle. Some of you might already know, that I am doing the Red Bull BC One blog. We are doing it monthly now. Last month we had an interview with Lil Ceng and this month I posted a story on B-Boying in Mexico. We thought that while I’m here, I might as well let you know a little bit about B-Boying in Mexico and Central America. That is also the reason, why I was so late with the blog entry, there was so much going on and the internet connection is a catastrophe!
The plan was to stay in Mexico for 2 or 3 weeks and then go on to Belize and the rest of Central America, but I ended up spending 2 months in Mexico! I really have fallen in love with that country. The food is great, the people are super nice and there is so much to do. I went to several Hip Hop events, dance festivals and B-Boy practices. I met with quite a few crews and asked them about their lives as B-Boys and B-Girls in Mexico. Check it out!
At the moment I am in Guatemala. Will go to Belize from here, then to Honduras, El Salvador, and so on. If you have any contacts for me in Central America, please connect us! Don't have any contacts in Belize yet!

| WE B*GIRLZ FESTIVAL / BERLIN / SEPTEMBER 2009
Hey Girls! We had an amazing time with ya'll last year! But you might appreciate that it was very exhausting. We needed some rest. That's why I am travelling at the moment and will not have the time or the money to organize a one-month festival this year. We will keep it smaller and will work in cooperation with Jam On It!
Furthermore all my girlz from Berlin are gonna help again and we'll rock it!
There will be a European We B*Girlz Qualifier for the We B*Girlz Battle at the BOTY preparty, there will be a crew battle. There will be a concert, there will be some workshops, there might be a tour. We will keep you updated on the details. Check the reloaded website and sign up for the dance battle. The event will happen on the first weekend in September.

Marty's new book is out! It's a cute lil book with amazing postal stickers she found on the streets. She had an exhibition for the launch ad Ad Hoc Gallery in New York.

| All The Ladies Say
“All The Ladies Say” is a film that highlights the lives of six iconic female street dancers from San Jose, Atlanta, Miami and Chicago, who have carved a niche in the physically challenging, male dominated breakdance world. Discussions about motherhood, sexual tension, femininity versus masculinity and the rap industry/mainstream images are a few of the themes explored by the documentary’s main characters. International dancers not only make appearances but also add their two cents about life as a B Girl in the Hip-hop world.
